Welcome to JD’s Market's Shipping & Returns Policy
To serve you better and faster, we have made certain changes in our shipping policy.
All orders requires someone to sign for them; please do not ask us to leave your package without signature and make sure someone is home on the day of delivery.
You may enter special instructions for receiving your package in the box provided. In that case, JD’s Market or the Carrier will not be responsible for missing or shortage of any or all items.
Kindly make a note, if under any circumstances customers choose to return back the items shipped by JD’s Market, customer will bear the shipping charges itself.
Also, JD’s Market will not bear any re-shipping charges on the items returned to us, due to the negligence or ignorance of customer to receive the items at their end. For further information please write an e-mail to jdsmarket@rogers.com.
Shipping Time: Orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon credit verification.
All orders are shipped on same business day (4:00 p.m. is cut off time for a business day) of receiving your order.
In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail or mail.
Estimated shipping times are provided on our web site on the individual product listings.
