General Questions
1. How do I inquire about the status of my order?
You can click on "My Account" at top right of your page to check on the progress of your order. Please have only your order number ready and follow the simple instructions.
2. How long it takes you to deliver?
All the products are delivered from one location, so we can ship most items either SAME DAY or within 24-48 hours from our premises.
3. How do I open an account with jdsmarket.ca?
After you add the items to your shopping cart, you can create your own account (using a protected username and password) and then you can use the same account for all your future purchases.
4. How can I make payment for my purchases?
You can make payment in 3 different ways:
a) Pay using a credit card. In this case, your order will be processed as soon as we receive the order.
b) Pay using a check. In this case, your order will be processed as soon as we receive the order.
c) Paying Cash at the door. In this case, your order will be processed as soon as we receive the order.
5. Can I make a purchase by using my friend's/relative's credit card?
No. Under no circumstances may you make a purchase by using your friend's/relative's credit card. The credit card must be in your name. However, if you send us an email before ordering, we might be of some help to you.
6. If I don't want to order on line, can I also place an order over the phone?
Sure you can. You can call us at 416-431-4566 and place the order over the phone.
7. What is the difference between Shipping Address & Billing Address?
Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.
Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company.
8. What is your return policy?
As a rule, we have a NO RETURN policy. However, if any product received by the customer is defective (Manufacturing Defect, Expired or Damaged) then we can either replace that product or give the credit of that amount to the customer.
In case of any dispute, if buyer wants to return the items back, jdsmarket.ca will not incur the shipping charges over the return of the items. Please refer to our Return Policy for complete details.
